It is located just South of Eglinton Avenue so proximity to many shops and restaurants are definitely a huge asset to living here. The neighbourhood also has three large synagogues (Beth Tzedec, Holy Blossom and Beth Shalom) along its’ perimeter.

The ever popular Cedarvale Park has everything one would want to have in a park – a lengthy jogging/cycling/walking trail, tennis courts, dog park, sports fields, tobogganing hills and it is also adjacent to the Phil White Arena. Practically everyone in the area makes use of this incredibly beautiful and massive park. Glen Cedar Park also has a great playground, basketball court and baseball diamond.
